Our purpose includes improving the lives of residents in Derbyshire, supporting local communities and helping nature to thrive. We have a wide range of roles and responsibilities, and we work with numerous partners to achieve this.
Our Climate Change Strategy was agreed in 2021 and runs to the end of 2025. We are updating our approach which will expand on our environmental and economic sustainability priorities from our Council Plan:
