What this consultation is about

We've recently started using new technologies in occupational therapy assessments.

Our aim is to maintain a professional and friendly service to our clients but allow us to assess people quicker, without always needing a home visit, so they don’t have to wait as long for the help they need.

This engagement is aimed at family members, friends and service users who have engaged with us using technology to support their assessment, for example, emailing photographs or videos, Microsoft Teams, Skype or WhatsApp video calls.

It will enable us to capture their feedback on how they found this by completing a survey and telling us about their experience.
