We provide information about equipment, advice on adaptations and telecare services.

Home care and practical support

There are a number of services that can provide support with personal care and daily tasks at home.

Accommodation and housing

Employment and social opportunities

You can contact our brokerage team for information about social opportunities in your area. Our disability employment project can also provide support for those seeking employment.

Transition into adulthood

If you are leaving school and have additional needs we can help with making plans for your transition into adulthood. Further information about support for people up to age 25 is also available.

Caring for someone

We recognise the importance of the caring role and the emotional impact this can have. We have useful information about services and support available for carers to help them to continue in this role.
