The Early Help Assessment (EHA) is a standard assessment used by all practitioners working with children, young people and their families or carers.
EHA involves listening and working closely with a child, family or young person to find out what help is needed and what is working well in their lives and can be shared between services.
EHA is used nationally and is a key part of working together to support families.
