In addition to providing care and support directly, we also buy services from other providers.
We have contracting arrangements in place to make sure that care provided by external providers meet our quality and safety standards.
We contract with providers including:
- care homes
- day services
- home care (domiciliary) services
- supported living
- community based services
Community contracts and procurement
A range of block contracts are in place for services where we need to be confident the service will be available for an agreed price, at agreed times, and available at an agreed level and quality.
Block contracts are advertised on East Mids Tenders where you'll find contracts for all council services. There will not always be adult care contracts to bid for.
